St. Petersburg Wooden Chess Pieces

Own a piece of history with this featured reproduction of St. Petersburg design wooden chess pieces.  The original set was created by Jaques of London to commemorate the 1895 St. Petersburg tournament. Includes boxwood lights pieces and a choice of ebonized hardwood, sheesham or rosewood dark pieces.

King Height: 3.75". King Base: 1.5".

All pieces are weighted and have felt bases. This is a full set with two extra queens.

Set Weight: 2.5 lbs. Recommended Board size: 2"-2.125" Squares.

As with all wood pieces, sets many have variations in colors of grain within a set.
