Return Policy
Damaged OR Wrong Product
Our worry free return policy allows you to return the item if it arrives damaged or if you have received a wrong item. You need to first get a return authorization from us before shipping the item. You have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it and unused. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund to original method of payment, as soon as the return gets approved. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Changed Your Mind?
We encourage all our customers to read descriptions, check dimensions and also reach out to us for any product related questions, before purchasing a chess.boutique product. We are always happy to answer any questions. Given that, the product is exactly as described in the product page and you still don't like it or want it, you could still return the product. Please see details on shipment and refund below.
Return Shipment
In order for us to keep the overhead costs from spreading to all customers, you will be responsible for the return shipment. Please check with us before returning the item to get the correct return address. We are happy to send you a return label, but the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund.
Refund

Re-Stocking Fee
If we get the product in its original form that we sent it, there would be no restocking fee. Please note, if the product in damaged in any form, a 15-40% restocking fee would be applied depending on the severity of the damage. We will send you pictures as proof of the damage. We also encourage you to take pictures before shipping out.
