1) Who are you? Where are you based?
We are a 100% family owned business based out of Illinois, USA. Our children play competitive chess and as a family, we love the chess game. So we understand the unique vibe and needs of the chess lovers. To know more about us, read an independent review by chess-site here.
2) Do you ship internationally?
We do. In the product page look for the shipping info. Some of the products have the same flat rate or free shipping for international shipping as well. Others can be shipped outside the US for an additional fee. Consult the product page for the applicable shipping for that product.
3) Do you store our credit cards?
Our billing is handled by our payment providers securely and we don't store your credit card details in our database.
4) Do you have an affiliate program?
Thank you for your interest. We currently have an exclusive agreement with our partners for advertising and promoting our products. We will update the info if we open this to others.
5) Where do the products ship from?
Most products are shipped directly from the US or Europe. We have a few products that may ship from China. Look at the particular product page to know more about the shipping of that product. Few products are shipped directly from third-party warehouses to you.
6) What are the typical shipping times?
Most products are shipped directly from the US or Europe and are shipped within one or two business days, and will take from three to ten business days to arrive. There are few items that may ship from China directly. They may take up to five business days to ship and may take up to 20 - 25 days to arrive.
